Detailed Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • CREATE AND MAINTAIN FLOW CHARTS FOR ENGINEERING PROCESSES
  • SET AND TRACK PROGRAM DELIVERABLES AND TIMELINES
  • CREATE KEY PROGRAM STATUS METRICS AND REPORTS
  • ASSIST WITH SCHEDULING, RUNNING, AND DOCUMENTING MEETINGS
  • SUMMARIZE ACTION ITEMS AND ASSIGNMENTS
  • LIASON ACROSS FUNCTIONAL GROUPS TO HELP RESOLVE TIMING ISSUES
  • ASSIST IN BENCHMARKING AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT OF THE ENGINEERING PROCESS
  • PROVIDE GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT FOR GROUP
  • ASSIST WITH SPECIAL PROJECTS
  • OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

Qualifications & Skills: 

  • 3 years relevant experience 
  • High School graduate or equivalent education, Associate Degree preferred
  • Ability to work in a team oriented, collaborative environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Dependable, ethical team player
  • Computer skills: In addition to the requirements above, the candidate must have experience with MS Office, including  knowledge of Word and Excel, Outlook, and other Office suite tools.
