POSITION OVERVIEW:

Primary responsibility is identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities through marketing lead follow up, inbound lead follow-up, and outbound cold calls and emails.  The candidate will understand customer needs and requirements, generate interest, route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure as well as research accounts by identifying key players.  They will have a general understanding of overall business including market trends and analytics.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Qualify leads and identify decision makers
  • Prioritize leads
  • Determine buying potential of prospects
  • Ensure customer follow up via literature, email, call or appointment setting
  • Collaborate with sales team to set appointments between lead and sales account manager
  • Contribute to department goals by accurately tracking progress in CRM solution
  • Run queries and perform analysis of CRM data
  • Conduct independent research
  • Compile and deliver business intelligence reports to end users on a regular basis
  • Provides integrated marketing analytical solutions across customers and channels, contributing to in-market action plans
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of market research plans and relationship to market research suppliers/partners
  • Build strong relationship with all colleagues from HQ,subsidiaries and research suppliers to ensure superior service

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with CRM system- Zoho, Salesforce or similar
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to research, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
  • Proven inside sales experience (Track record of over-achieving quota)
  • Minimum 2 years proven success in Sales B2B Solutions, ideally with experience in prospecting
  • HS Diploma or Equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred
